Team members will be a jack-of-all-trades and help out wherever needed, including the following:
Barista Training:
Learn to make brewed as well as high-end crafted coffees
Learn to make Smoothies and other frozen beverages
Cooking:
Light breakfast items (sandwiches, waffles, etc.)
Cleanup:
Wash dishes
Mop floors
Clear and clean tables
Adhere to all food safety regulations
Learn Health Department requirements & follow religiously.
Learn opening & closing procedures including equipment cleaning and overnight food storage.
Learn POS (Point of Sale) system including counter sales, phone orders and internet orders.
Meeting Room Setup:
Set up furniture & AV equipment
Serve coffee and refreshments
