Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will do In This Role:
Validates change order costing and confirms appropriate accounting of the costs
Generates all costing workbooks for opportunities and services assigned
Creates and submits change order documents to our customers
For new opportunities, develops and documents the data need to generate a proposal document
Monitors assignment schedule and partners with project management and sales on missing information for assignment completion
Assists with the maintenance of the Dematic proposal boiler plates as assigned
Able to manage multiple priorities and work with key stake holders to ensure that all assignments are not only accurate, but are completed on time, according to target completion dates
Works on small to medium sized, individual projects
Analyzes customers' business requirements and application objectives; develops an application design in products to meet customers' needs.
What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree
2-4 years of successful experience in related field. Advanced degree may be substituted for experience, where applicable.
Ability to lead, direct, motivate, and coordinate activities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities with various deadlines simultaneously.
Reliably forecast and report out on proposal status
