You are the glue that holds the residential installation departments together. You will be a part of a dynamic team and exceed customers expectations. This will be done by scheduling all HVAC sales leads, installation jobs and preparing the installers so they can accomplish the highest quality installations
Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly, enthusiastic manner.
Incoming calls are taken by the call center and transferred to the coordinator for prompt scheduling.
Call customers the day prior of the install or sales call to confirm, unless booked on that day.
Use the complete Nexstar sales call taking procedure asking qualifying questions to best set up the Comfort Advisor for success. Strive to fill their day with 2-3 opportunities.
Assist the call center when they are short handed, or are taking an unusual amount of calls. Follow the CSR Coach direction which is in alignment with Nexstar best practices when in the CSR role.
Calling customers to set up sales leads and equipment installations. Also, follow up with customers for pending requests, happy calls and inspections.
Collect all information in the correct format from the Comfort Advisor after the sale is made or after the lead is considered "dead".
Track daily stats in the HVAC Tracker for accurate KPI tracking.
Participate in training to boost inbound and outbound booking of calls. and grow as a professional.
Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer concerns quickly and favorably.
Must be able to work on several projects at a time and handle frequent interruptions.
Collect delivery slips and invoices into the folder and remove duplicate copies at the end of the job before filing away.
Complete all required permits, special order log, call for all inspections, equipment rebates, utility rebates and warranties.
Get material order sheets from the salesperson and place the order to the correct supplier.
Make sure all equipment is ordered and ready for each job while adhering to the checklist.
Work closely with the warehouse person to make sure materials are correct and ready for the install.
Support installers when there is a problem or facilitate the proper correction.
Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
File the finished job when 100% complete and ready for manager's review.
