By working closely with Service technicians, installation technicians, the installation coordinator, the warehouse/inventory manager, and other department managers, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals. Who also exceeds customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time.
Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results.
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
Monitor the performance of field and installation technicians and advise them on how to improve.
Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
Review and approve invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
Serve as a technical backup for field technicians when possible.
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements.
Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan, and results.
Conduct training to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1's.
Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Analyze and control job expenses to meet the budget.
