The Dematic Transformation Program Business Analyst will join a global transformation team dedicated to driving the evolution of core business processes related to the management and execution of our projects. This is a position with high visibility to senior leadership & will help shape strategic decision making for the organization. The position will require active critical thinking to evaluate business processes, the ability to anticipate and manage requirements, and proactive collaboration to determine root causes & areas of opportunity to ultimately implement long-term, sustainable solutions. Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Support one of Dematic's Transformation Programs / "Points of Attack", working directly with the Program Leader & Workstream Leads
Support the transformation team's Program Leader with developing project plans, monitoring status and performance, and tracking milestone attainment
Help drive the operating rhythm & cadence with program sponsors & workstream leads
Support the prioritization of initiatives based on business needs and requirements, along with documented milestones
Provide forecast models, monitor & track KPIs, create and manage dashboards
Collate various data points and project artifacts in support of key meetings and presentations to various stakeholders
Communicate insights and go-forward plans to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
Document best practices & lessons learned
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2years work experience with record of high achievement
Work history of leading & supporting initiatives / change programs (preferred)
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with attention to detail
Proactive thought partner
Comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to break down & attack complex problems
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Proven ability to collaborate & help build coalitions
Clear communicator with experience creating succinct, persuasive slides and leading effective presentations
Experience leading project tracking software and tools (preferred)
Expertise using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint & Excel)
What Success Looks Like:
Program & workstreams that maintain consistent adherence to / on-time delivery against critical milestones
Consistent visibility & alignment among the program's executive sponsors
Consistent up-to-date tracking of KPIs
Learning rapidly from failures & pivoting quickly (some initiatives / workstreams will not generate the impact expected & we'll need to develop recommendations on whether / how to proceed)
Delivery of changes on-budget
An understanding (and ideally acceptance!) by critical groups impacted by change of what exactly it will mean for them & why it's important
