- Must be of legal age for the trade(s) covered (in no case less than 18).
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Take enrollment test at MCC (Montcalm Community College) and submit passing grades with along with application to HR. Must be able to enroll in necessary classes for apprenticeship program.
