Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 8+ years professional experience in mission critical facility design, construction, or operations.
- Proven communication, presentation, and reporting skills. English language skills are essential.
- Troubleshooting and analytical experience.
- Working knowledge of facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems.
- Experience with electrical systems includes but is not limited to power distribution, lighting, UPS systems, building alarm systems, camera systems, controlled access systems, energy management systems, and HVAC system control and monitoring.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or training in lean construction methods.
- Cross-discipline knowledge of facility infrastructure systems, such as HVAC systems, air distribution systems, dehumidification systems, compressed air systems, PLC control systems, and fire protection.
- Experience in leading and teaming up to deliver results in a cross-functional organization across multiple tasks.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives and processes within an organization.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or on track to obtain it in the future.
- Experience or training in change management.
- Familiarity with clean room specific technologies and operation.
