Summary of Duties:
This position works within the Marketing Communications team by assisting the Marketing
Services Manager with development, tracking, and reporting status of marketing communication campaign promotional activities to the Global Marketing Communications Director, Directors of Sales and Product Planning and Sales Account Managers. Responsible for supporting the USA field sales teams, and product management with planning and logistic coordination of trade show/event activities. Travel to major trade shows to oversee implementation of booth installation and dismantle, and other event activities. Directly communicates new and updated sales tools releases to the North American field sales teams through the SFDC Chatter channel. Department administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to, company store program, vendor relations, invoice submission for processing, department Credit Card reconciliation, and arranging department travel activities.
Qualifications Required:
Qualification 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field from a four-year college or university;
Qualification 2: 0-3 years related experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the heavy duty vehicle, automotive or related industry;
Qualification 3: Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualification 4: Statistical skills, ability to operate effectively in high-paced, rapidly changing
environment, effective time management and organization skills.

Qualification 6: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Qualification 7: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
Qualification 8: Ability to use a personal computer, software/applications and other digital technology; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of internet navigation, Microsoft Windows, Word, SharePoint and SalesForce.com. Basic Adobe Suite
experience preferred.
Qualification 9: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and summarize an extensive amount of data from numerous sources.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 10% domestic; possibility for international travel.
