DeWys is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead to our maintenance team.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance team on all facilities and maintenance tasks
- Ensure all PM are completed
- Handle outside sources and contracts for additional maintenance help
- Performing a wide variety of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment/machinery as well as the facility and grounds from the direction of the Maintenance Team Lead
- Reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Performing preventative maintenance of machinery and facility according to schedule
- Installing new production equipment
- Complying with applicable environmental and safety laws, regulations, and policies
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of maintenance/preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Prior experience performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of CNC machines, laser and press brake preferred
- Excellent time management, trouble shooting, problem solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
- Industrial Maintenance Certificate is a plus
