Details:
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, on call for emergencies
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 annually plus a 5% bonus
Job Description:
Duties include; ensuring the HR Department is compliant with the Company policies, prepare new hire orientation packets, Company Newsletter, and other necessary documents as needed, and coordinate employee events such as summer picnic, holiday parties, and safety milestones. Additionally, they will be responsible for all employee communication boards, completion of verification of employment requests, maintaining accuracy and privacy of confidential employment information, responding to unemployment claims, tracking employee leave of absences including FMLA/STD, administration of company's benefit programs including enrollment processes for active and inactive employees, and other job duties in support of the HR department as assigned.
Requirements:
6 months + of HR or Administrative experience.
Experience in a food manufacturing industry is preferred, but not required.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is preferred, but not required.
