Dalco, a division of Imperial Dade, a leading national distributor, is looking for a Customer Servcie Representitive in Marquette, MI. The Customer Service Representative will be interacting with customers, processing their orders, and providing information in response to customer's inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hr depending on qualifications.

Provide exceptional customer service on incoming calls from customers, vendors, Dalco sales representatives and other internal partners
Process customer orders in ERP system with a high level of accuracy
Assist with all customer requests via phone, email, chat and fax
Communicate order information to sales representatives as needed
Assist sales representatives in entry and maintenance of contract pricing in ERP system
Process returns and credits as needed with a high level of accuracy per the return policy
Complete order finishing process to ship confirm orders in system
Process customer and sales representative reports as needed. Assist in reviewing monthly accounts receivable statements
Review and maintain open orders, held orders and backorders per department guidelines
Maintain, file and store purchase orders and finished pick lists' every month
Log into Live Chat daily and assist customers when needed. Respond to 'Ask an Expert' emails as needed
Backup reception, will call counter, and other duties as assigned
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
2 to 5 years customer service experience
Data entry experience. Type 40wpm.
Strong computer skills (internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Enthusiasm for assisting others with an attitude of service
