As a Senior HRIS Analyst, will act as a System Administrator for global IT supporting HRIS. Partnering with HR Leadership and Business Process Owners, this position will be responsible for all HR applications and system optimization. In addition, data security/control/integrity in alignment with corporate objectives. A strong understanding of data management as it pertains to Human resources, including HCM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits will make you successful.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Partner with function owners and stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements, and, once prioritized, configure, test, and deploy those solutions
Configuration and customization of UKG Pro (UltiPro), UKG Dimensions, and/or similar modules/capabilities to support business/legal/payroll and benefit team needs.
Responsible to manage and support Workday data integration with UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions.
Responsible to support, drive to resolution any issues data issues with integration working with IT team members and business teams.
Support integration of HR systems with S4/SAP.
Responsible for data management/ integration with 3rd party benefits providers and ERP systems
Responsible for planning and support of upgrades, performance KPIs, system optimizations, and cost/ budget alignment
Act as a partner and a subject matter expert to drive projects and initiatives on data, security, and data management processes
Understand the bigger picture and can communicate the impact of HR system and process changes
Continuously monitor external trends and developments in HRIS systems and processes
Experience leading projects and the ability to meet deadlines
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Technical degree, Computer Science, HR, or related field. Master's degree is preferred
3-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key knowledge in Workday, UKG Pro UltiPro, and UKG Dimensions.
Payroll and configuration expertise in time management and payroll.
Expertise in project management methodologies and familiarity with process improvement principles
Data security background/experience preferred
Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
Good understanding of organizational dependencies as it pertains to Human Resources business operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
