The Production Supervisor coordinates activities of production employees.
Work Schedule: 2nd shift
Production Supervisor Duties:
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
- Enforces shop rules and associated discipline.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Analyzes and assists in resolving work related problems.
- Maintains time and production records through use of DSI system.
- Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineers to develop, build and design various fixtures and tooling.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Experience in a CNC Manufacturing environment is required.
