Job Description
To control & maintain inventory in the warehouse. Carry out stock or pitch corrections with planning & operations team.
Scope/Supervision:
A positive working relationship with all team members in all departments and supervision.
Maintain supermarket on hand accuracy on pre-determined components or areas
Conduct cycle counts in the supermarket via request, stock out investigation, cycle count list or information passed over from assembly. Include WIP in cycles.
Be able to verify quantities using either hand counts or weigh scales.
Create and enter stock adjustment cycle counts for approval.
Investigate and clear negative inventory ensuring corrective actions to prevent in future are in place.
Conduct Kanban Audits and receive or close cards as appropriate.
Be able to carry out mainframe transactions - manufacturing order & Kanban receipt using the new receipt to stock process.
Work on market / warehouse layouts and be able to update inventory mainframe locations.
Perform supermarket and cell label updates
Perform physical inventory prep with labels and market review
Investigate and resolve accounting/receiving issues
Outside Processing
Materials team support (material handling/receiving put away)
Daily Day by Hour data entry and TIB board update
Partner with non-working leads to ensure all jobs/orders are accounted for and escalated appropriately
Aid in the use of lean tools in the support of production needs
Liaison between planning, materials and leads, providing status updates, shortage information, and other production needs
Manage kick-off racks and re-pick tickets to ensure orders are back in production when missing materials arrive

Perform all responsibilities as needed.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Follow safety and housekeeping rules.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have good inter personal skills and be able to communicate via telephone, email, skype and cycle count database
Efficiently and safely operate a lift truck.
Be engaged in initiating Lean processes & contribute to materials HPT.
Perform other duties as responsibilities necessitate.
Ability to use Parker's various online systems via computer.
Ability to adapt and prioritize/organize to changing roles and changing priorities.
