What you'll do...
Deliver Executive and Management Presentation Materials for both internal and external events and communications needs
Support Management Communications needs via meetings, email, presentations, healthcharts
Design, Develop and Maintain Sharepoints for all departments and projects
Maintain Organizational Structure communications through org charts and use of other tools
Support team building, training and learning through delivery of monthly newsletters, support of training courses and interfaces with organization Subject Matter Experts to determine delivery methods required.
Support On boarding, hiring and other tasks as deemed required by organizations
Designer will do so by:
Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to accomplish tasks.
Plan and illustrate design concepts using technology, tools, and equipment like Adobe Photoshop and other design software.
Determine voice, tone, and messaging for design.
Determine graphic design elements for the projects.
Receive feedback and edit design, as needed
Complete projects on time, within scope, and with satisfactory results. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field
Five or more years employed as graphic artist with technical exposure to Automotive industry during some of that time.
Proficiency in using design tools and software like Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite
In-depth knowledge and strong understanding of graphic design with a professional portfolio to support

Time management skills and attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and react to last minute requests
A strong eye for visual composition.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
