Aerotek is hiring qualified CNC Machinists for a milling and manufacturing facility known for their expertise in the metals industry. They are a privately held company with some of the largest equipment in the Midwest, servicing customers both domestically and internationally. They are also a leader in the aggregate industry, rebuilding and manufacturing crusher rolls, finish grind rolls and raw grind rolls, and shipping them worldwide. With over 40 years of experience in fabrication, welding, stress relieving, and assembly, their in-house engineering and complete machine shop allows them a competitive advantage in both quality control and cost effectiveness.

Job Description:
Machinists needed for CNC Haas Mill. G&M code programming on the machine, some programs repeat programs and minor edits needed for new tooling, some brand new programs that will be programmed at the machine from scratch.
-Will program, set up and operate machines.
-Able to use micrometers and precision measuring instruments.
-Operates overhead cranes to 50T capacity.
-Operates fork truck and man lift.
-Manually lift 20-25 pounds on regular basis, up to 50 pounds occasionally

-Proficient with hand tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic lifts
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to get a print and program via Fanuc controls or Haas Work Station
