Aerotek is hiring a qualified Welder for a turnkey factory automation company providing services to Aerospace companies. This is a large, clean, newer facility with about 200 employees. They are a growing company and have many projects lined up with Boeing and Northwood Drummin.
Location: Chesterfield, MI
Pay: $20-$30/HR (experience based)
Shift: 2nd shift
M-F 4:30p-3am
Sat - 8 hours

Description:
Mig/Tig Welding
Fabrication
Blueprint Reading
Steel Aluminum & Invar
Thick Tubing
AWS Certification preferred
Welds on aluminum and steel aerospace tools
Tig Welding on Invar and Aluminum completing vertical ups
Mig welding on steel completing flat welds
Reading blueprints to know how thick of welds they are doing and what patterns need to be completed
Complete some of the prep work with 4'' and 7' grinders
The size of the tools they weld on vary, some are extremely large and some are very small.
