Description:
The Mechanical Engineer will spend 25-50% designing and when they are not designing, they will be focused on heavy engineering, doing finite element analysis, structural analysis and computational fluid dynamics. The FEA and CFD is a big aspect to this role because their products are used heavily in the mining, chemical, oil/gas, paper/pulp and wastewater industries.
This individual will need to be comfortable designing products from scratch and engineering those designs to understand how they will work and operate in the real world. This role requires someone who is self-motivated and has a desire to implement their own ideas. They give a lot of flexibility to do what they need to do to get the job done. They believe this is what creates such a positive environment for them.
