Position Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):
Responsible for the day to day support of the Salesforce environment, users, configuration, customization, and implementation of custom applications. The Sr Salesforce Developer will create unique, compelling, and innovative customer solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities may include:
Develop Salesforce capability and architecture roadmaps.
Develop scalable enterprise view encompassing all business lines within Salesforce platform.
Administer, develop, and support of Salesforce applications, including system configuration, data setup and ongoing maintenance.
Serve as the key SME on complex and/or critical business issues and processes within Salesforce.
Collaborate with project teams on application enhancements including system modeling, physical design, installation and application tuning.
Develop new functionality including custom objects, fields, formulas, processes & flows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and analytics.
Develop and debug custom code objects including APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, etc.
Create and support Salesforce custom code base and integration
Maintain and support environment migrations and code deployments for full SDLC processes.

Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other technical degree or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
Experience:
4+ yrs Salesforce Developer experience
Experience working with source repositories
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience
Experience in working with CD/CI DevOps various tools BitBuket, Jenkins etc.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Salesforce administration, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment
Web API's (SOAP / REST), XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, Triggers
Strong relational database skills

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
