SALARY RANGE: $26,475-$33,577
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Risk Management/Rides to Wellness Support Clerk provides administrative support to both the Risk Management department and the Rides to Wellness Department; miscellaneous projects are assigned as needed.
SUPERVISED BY: DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR OF RIDES TO WELLNESS
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk Management Department:
- Review video of incidents/safety events
- Maintain monthly accident reports and claims.
- Monitoring of incidents in the Intelex System, generate monthly reports, system maintenance and support.
- NTD Safety Reporting on FTA website for all Major and Minor incidents
- Take minutes of monthly meetings
- General filing, copying, and typing as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Rides to Wellness Department:
- Verify and maintain payroll time records, track vacation requests for hourly employees.
- Establish and maintain records on each employee, process all personnel-related documents.
- Process grievance paperwork
- General filing, copying, and typing as needed.
- Develop simple reports and simple bookkeeping support functions.
- Take minutes in weekly/monthly meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
