The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seekingProduction Relief Operatorsto work at our sauces- and pickles processing facility in Holland- MI. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand and work for 8 to 12 hours
Must be available to work on the weekends
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Job Overview:
This position will primarily serve as vacancy coverage. These operators will be required to understand the operation of a variety of positions and assist in other capacities as assigned. This role will be assigned to see leadership each day for task assignments which will be assigned first to vacancies and then to other tasks as needed when no vacancy exists. Other tasks may include break relief- changeover support- training- procedure development- KHMS tasks- and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities & Duties:
Must learn the safe and proper operation of multiple types of equipment including- but not limited to- de-palletizers- fillers- cappers- labelers- packers- case erectors- palletizers
Primary vacancy coverage in the production department
Perform set-up- start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed
Provide break coverage if needed
Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation
Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor- Team Leader- or Line Technician
Performing Good Sanitation Practices (GSP's) when handling equipment
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
Must be certified in LOTO
Assist in the training of employees
Assist in the development of training materials
KHMS assigned project work
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader
