Job Description

Garison Coatings LLC in Evart, Michigan is looking for new team members to add to our powder coating operations.

Must be punctual team player and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs and occasionally lift 75lbs.
Climb, lift, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the day.
Must be able to use basic hand tools such as grinders, sanders, banding machines.
Employees must abide by all safety procedures outlined by the company.
Must be able to read basic blueprints and count parts.
Good attention to detail while painting and inspecting parts to be packed out.
Must work safely and efficiently and be able to work in hot and dirty environments.
Must have good housekeeping habits.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
Able to work on your feet for 10 hours a day.
Powder coating experience and basic knowledge of GEMA systems is a plus but not required.
Prior forklift experience preferred but not required.
