Principal Accountabilities
Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment; comprehend and operate the unloading system and process of liquid egg, understanding of internal and governmental requirements for proper unloading, storage, and use of liquid egg and ability to troubleshoot our system while following our food safety and personal safety practices and training for confined space entry, chemical handling, CIP system, annual mixer training, yard dog and the use of laboratory equipment
Complete SAP documentation accurately and proficiently as well as any other written communication applicable to the job. Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer
Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures through proper ergonomic practices, monthly participation in the behavior-based safety program and completion of the monthly safety and food safety training material
This position shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safety management system to identified person(s). This position has the responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions. Acquire and maintain knowledge of HACCP/OPRP/PRP (GMP) policies and requirements to complete all monitoring and/or verifications tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management

Required Qualifications
Basic math ability (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)
Must have basic computer skills
Must have at minimum High School Diploma
Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to meet the required work schedule
Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
Ability to rotate through a variety of tasks
Ability to lift and carry at least 60 lbs repetitively for frequent extended periods
Ability to work in varying environments
Preferred Qualifications
Previous food manufacturing and/or production experience
Previous leadership experience
Previous CDL experience
Track record or safe work history in the past 12 months
Basic technical abilities to effectively troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes
Proficiency in SAP
Willingness to complete training using lab equipment, confined space entry, chemical handling, lifting procedures and procedures for process lines and mixing room
