Work for a cloud innovator consulting global organizations. Key focus areas include systems administration, doing password resets, PC hardware and software troubleshooting and upgrades. You will be responsible providing customer service to new and existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and decipher problems by asking probing questions and utilizing available tools in a remote or in person capacity
Research, resolve and respond to various user requests and inquiries
Provide detailed description of problems and resolutions in the ticketing system
Perform administration of virtual and physical desktops using various tools
Perform daily system monitoring
Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusions
Provide support for escalated requests to engineering
Provide friendly, courteous, and quality systems support to all users
Remote thin client management
Requirements
Desire to grow your IT career into Systems Administration or other areas
Windows7 & 10 OS troubleshooting
Windows Server Operating Systems a plus
Virtualization a plus
Hardware troubleshooting/repair
Phone System management a plus
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision; great communication and customer service skills. This includes positively interacting with clients in person and over the phone.
