Job Summary
Priority Health is seeking a marketing specialist to join our corporate communications team. We're looking for someone with the right combination of breakthrough talent who would bring a skill set that is both strategic and tactical that includes clear and concise writing, creative thinking and curiosity to develop relationships with the media and internally.
This individual will be responsible for both internal and external communications, collaborating with teams across the organization including marketing, creative, business segments and customer experience, to translate strategic initiatives into effective communications and marketing strategies to drive business results. Responsibilities will include developing and executing communications and marketing plans as well as providing reporting and analysis of outcomes against goals.

Passionate about building strong relationships with the media and internal stakeholders
Media savvy and driven to proactively identify trends within the health care industry and leading consumer brands
Open to learning and growing within multiple marketing functions
Experience executing strategic public relations and communications plans
The ability to craft and pitch news releases and stories that help build the Priority Health brand
A multi-tasker, with excellent organizational and planning skills
An excellent writer and proofreader
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to teamwork
Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate, with ability to see the larger picture, with a strong attention to detail
Experience in monitoring and tracking results to show ROI and to identify gaps we need to fill
Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role Required
3-5 Years of marketing, public relations, agency, journalism or corporate communication experience preferred
2 years of relevant experience project management experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated, hardworking, well-organized and resilient to flexible timelines, requests and deliverables
Ongoing drive to understand emerging techniques, trends and philosophies in the marketing and health care industries
Experience working with leading brands and/or in the health insurance industry
A proven background with recent work samples from a portfolio
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Cision, IQ Media, data analytics, Teams Live
