Answer incoming calls from our very important customers
Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations
Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (must be proficient in Excel)
Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced fun environment
Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
Excellent communication skills includinghelpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on-site at location
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred
