The Analyst III is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of IT operations processes. Responsibilities include helping maintain the stability of IT service delivery across the enterprise. This position will also play a major role in the support of the enterprise scheduling tool, Control-M.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing, documenting, and executing IT operations processes to detect, escalate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents. This includes the support of enterprise scheduling tools. (50%)
Provide incident leadership and assist with directing service delivery staff to restore service as rapidly as possible. (25%)
Responsible for managing and maintaining processes, procedures, elevation diagrams, system inventories. (20%)
Potential for assisting with physical hardware installation and removal. (5%)
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE
2 Years with bachelor's degree or 8 years' work experience
Demonstrate expertise with an enterprise scheduling tool such as Control-M or equivalent.
Demonstrate expertise with IT Service Management tool (HP Service Manager, Service Now, Cherwell, etc.)
Demonstrate expertise documenting troubleshooting processes.
Demonstrate expertise with IT Event Management\Alerting tool (CA Spectrum / Unicenter, HP OM, SolarWinds, Zenoss, WhatsUp, PRTG, etc.)
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office365)
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels.
Ability to work shifts including nights and/or weekends.
Ability to lead a shift to help facilitate overall success.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit excellent time management and project planning / strategizing skills.

Salary: $64,200 - $81,500
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
