Overview
We are seeking individuals who are energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated to changing the lives of children and families. We provide comprehensive early intensive behavioral intervention based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our technicians work 1:1 with two to six year old children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. They are responsible for implementing natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT), as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). In addition, our techs facilitate play and social interaction, as well as design and conduct exciting daily small group activities in a fun, engaging environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred
- Prior experience working with children is preferred
- We are looking for individuals who possess a compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- We are seeking individuals with the ability to establish rapport with young clients
