We are seeking an Operations Coordinator candidate to join our team! You will work with various team leads in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer to keep operational goals clearly defined and on track.
General Summary:
A System Engineer Level 2 focuses on services existing customer accounts by analyzing service tickets, detecting and solving technical problems, investigating complaints, installing and updating required hardware and software.

Responsibilities:
- Undertakes and manages in depth troubleshooting activities and executes customer facing activities under guidance.
- Investigates and helps resolve issues on customer’s network and IT estates using agreed troubleshooting methodologies.
- Champions communication and checks in with team members to alleviate work across all areas.
- Identifies opportunities to upsell throughout service ticket life cycle.
- Manages support cases to enable fast resolutions that exceeds our customers’ expectation.

Qualifications:
