We are currently looking for a B2C Product CX Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI or our showrooms in Chicago or Atlanta.
As a B2C Product CX Specialist, you will:
Generate demand and develops sales opportunities to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth for the B2C store. Utilizes exceptional communication, technology, and relationship-building skills to nurture leads for Haworth Sales and our Dealer partners. Identifies opportunities to increase sales through site experience and assortment expansion. Captures metrics and reports on analytics that capture the customer experience and utilizes these to recommend process improvements. Provide Virtual Consultations to customers that are initiated through the B2C website.This role will also support our small to medium sized business sales funnel, and may also provide general customer service support when not engaged in other activities.
Some of the responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
Champions ideas based on customer feedback. Collaborates with team to define solutions and influence priorities.
Ensures all customer-related issues are resolved in a timely and effectively provides an easy and delightful customer experience.
Attends training to develop deep product knowledge.
Plans a customized approach and applies appropriate sales and messaging techniques for establishing strong customer relationships.
Uses consultative approach to uncover potential client's needs. Asks questions to reveal buying influences, budgets, scope, and purchasing criteria.
Evaluates potential opportunities to determine what level of follow up may be necessary.
Routes qualified opportunities through the Haworth store and/or dealer sales team for further sales development and closure.
Handles on-line sales and product inquiries. Answers clients' questions, provides quotes, takes orders, and performs on-line demos to prospects to adequately sell brand and product.
Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing liberal arts, design, or similar.

Prior customer service experience
Prior sales experience a plus
