Senior Compensation Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analystto be responsible for implementing and administering compensation programs at Tyler Technologies. You will support the design and development of innovative, competitive, cost-effective compensation and reward programs that enable us to attract, retain, reward, and motivate our team members. In this role, you will serve as an internal consultant to HR and the business regarding compensation evaluations, equity analyses, range placement, FLSA classifications, job evaluations, and policy interpretations. You will be solutions-oriented and have a strong ability to partner with the business to deliver client-focused results and practical solutions.
As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sr. Director, Compensation, HR team members, and other stakeholders to deliver compensation programs and services to the business.
Serve as internal compensation subject matter expert. Educate and inform partners about Tyler compensation policies, programs, and practices and make recommendations to improve their value and effectiveness.
Responsible for the planning and execution of work related to the administration of compensation programs including, but not limited to, Tyler’s annual salary review and equity award programs.
Responsible for leading and/or supporting the execution of compensation-related initiatives such as salary structure modifications, business integrations and re-organizations, cost modeling, and employee impact analyses, and partners with HR team members and stakeholders to implement approved changes.
Support the Sr. Director, Compensation with research, analysis, design work, modeling, presentation, and reporting of compensation programs and initiatives, such as executive compensation and pay equity.
Compile, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to internal clients in a manner that tells a compelling story.
Responsible for survey submissions and compensation studies.
Evaluate jobs for grade placement and/or grade level changes.
Help solve compensation-related business problems.* Responsible for the maintenance of Tyler's compensation-related technology solutions and subscriptions (e.g., UltiPro, MarketPay, ERI, and various survey sources).
Lead or support the development of compensation communications, tools, and job aids.
Keep current on regulatory changes and make recommendations for improvements to programs and practices.
Evaluate compensation processes and make recommendations for streamlining and simplifying administration.
Qualifications
Requirements
5-7 years of progressive responsibility in compensation design, analysis, and practical use
In-depth knowledge of compensation theories and their practical applications
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners to develop and deliver business-driven compensation services and solutions.
Outstanding presentation and collaboration abilities; the ability to present your work confidently to a variety of audiences is vital.
Advanced spreadsheet and database capabilities.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skill
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to manage ambiguity, inform and influence while working well with others in a collaborative team environment.Preferred
Experience in global compensation, sales compensation
An understanding of data science principles and experience applying them to compensation programs
Experience in the tech industry
State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements
Salary will generally fall between $47,393 - $115,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
