- 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of citizenship or immigration status.
- Successful completion of EHP drug screen and physical.
- Successful completion of criminal background check.
- Must, at a minimum, possess and maintain State of Michigan Automotive Mechanic certification in the following categories:
Engine Repair
Frontend, Suspension & Steering Systems
Brakes & Braking System
- Must furnish own tools.
- Strong background in electrical, air conditioning, heating, braking, and power train systems including diagnosis and repair.
