Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive customer order slips from customer care specialist
• Identify and retrieve product from the stock area
• Package orders for shipping
• Type, print and affix labels
• Maintain a clean and neatly organized packaging and inventory area to efficiently locate items
• Assist with receiving process for items delivered into the company
• Perform stock counts as necessary to determine stock levels and replenishment requirements
• Advise supervision/management of issues associated with ECOM inventory and supply
• Follow and support safety, quality, regulatory and procedural rules, policies and guidance
• Perform other associated tasks as may be assigned

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Read and write proficiently
• Good basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Proficient with standard Microsoft computer programs, data entry and spreadsheets.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted occasionally, and lesser weight frequently
• Reach and lift overhead
• Stand for extended periods of times
• Stoop, bend at the waist, climb stairs/ladders
• Operate a forklift and/or other mobile equipment such as scissor lift
• Valid Driver’s License required
