Job Description

*Selects proper raw material to produce specified products

*Operates Various presses and support equipment. This includes, but not limited to setting and removing dies (Die Setter) from press as required. Setting and removing raw material from coil cradle straightner, Making mechanical and panel adjustments to press as required.

*Inspect product both visually and with the use of quality control gages.

*Monitors product via use of statistical process control

*Inputs statistical data into computer system

*Completes and maintains records and logs required for the job

*Maintain a clean and safe work area

Additional Requirements

Job Qualifications:

*High School diploma or GED

*Self motivated and able to communicate effectively

*Ablility to substract/add/multiply and divide using whole numbers

*Must be teachable and willing to learn

*Mechanically Inclined

*Ablility to use measuring tools (Calipers,Micrometers, etc.)
