Job Description -
- Title: Line Loader
- Reports To: Plant Manager
- Pay Range: $14 - $17 / hr
- Bonus Structure:
- 30 Day - $200
- 90 Day - $300
- *Both bonuses are dependent on no unexcused absences or tardies
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 7:00am
- End Time: 3:00pm

Responsibilities -
- Loading various parts on to racks prior to sending through ovens
- Ensuring racks are full + loaded correctly
- Washing parts prior to loading
- Cleaning + Prepping plastisol tanks
- Communicating with Dip Tech + Quality Control personnel regularly
Physical & Travel Requirements -
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to walk / stand for an entire shift
