Type of Position: 1stShift, RFT.

Job Responsibilities:
- Independently set-up and program CNC lathes and mills
- Trial and edit programs as necessary.
- Maintain fixtures and tooling.
- Train other operators
- Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blueprints, etc.
- Continuous improvement
- 5S
- Abide by all health and safety policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to program, set-up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
- At least 2 years of experience as CNC Programmer/Set-up or equivalent education
- 2-year associate degree preferred
- Mastercam programming experience required.
- Program and operate single spindle Okuma LB as well as twin turret, twin spindle Okuma LT lathes.
- Euclid to provide training if necessary.
- Program and operate HAAS and Hardinge milling machines.
- Euclid to provide training if necessary.Ability to Read Blueprints and Set-up Sheets, GD&T knowledge preferred.
Prior to working, must pass a drug test.
