Description:
Essential Functions

Program Expertise: Provides leadership, direction & oversight of one or more national Trinity Health and/or HR service area wide program(s) or workstreams & facilitates integration & orchestrates aligned OE program(s) or service(s) & their implementations including potential oversight & facilitation of cross-functional team(s); Presents/facilitates in-company courses to meet the identified needs; Develops program communication strategies to relay OE programs & services to audiences, including executive teams & program participants;
Prepare instructional material, presentations, job aids, & tools to compliment, supplement & improve the efficacy of OE program(s).
Consultation Service & Change: Consults predominantly with ministry level directors & above & service partners to identify OE programs & services to meet client needs & aligned with strategic application of program across the system. Lead & support change efforts at the department & ministry level & in alignment with organizational programs & priorities.
Project Management: Develops & manages aligned program(s) project, production, communications, and/or service delivery plans & workflows to ensure plans are successfully implemented & services are delivered on time, on budget & to specifications.
Data Management & Analysis: Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies & procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior.
Partners with Organizational Effectiveness HR Service Areas and partners across colleague engagement, safety, resilience, nursing, and physician and providers to:
Lead and support national interventions for ministries and the 7,200 teams using StandOut
Interprets various data sources and recommends interventions for teams and ministries
Identify resistance throughout the organization hierarchy and create solutions, partnering Team Leaders and Executive to increase their support
Lead and support training and education options for Executives, Team Leaders and Team Members
Provides coaching support for partners listed above
Supports implementation and deployment of engagement optimization recommendations (such as Nursing R3)
Responsible for identifying, collecting, and sharing StandOut best practices and success stories across Trinity Health
Assists with the logistics for slide deck creation (35-45 decks) for ministry executive teams after each survey

- Assists with providing internal Help Desk-style support to Team Leaders and Team Members (technical support, access, assistance with platform usage)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. 4+ year of experience in OE Practice Areas & programs such as those in Talent Development, Talent Management or Organization Design and Development.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Master's degree
