Overview
The Bilingual Recruiter and Logistics Specialist is tasked with ensuring that all needs are met for team members moving from outside of a 75 mile radius to the identified work location. This includes direct hire team members as well as contracted team members. This role will develop and maintain programs for relocated team members including relocation services, housing, lease agreements, transporation, community accimation and more.
Responsibilities
Team Member Relocation
Contact all eligible relocation candidates to describe process
Conduct all new candidate placement interviews (direct hire and contractor)
Coordinate travel of all relocated team members (airport shuttle, arrival, hotel coordination etc)
Manage hiring process for all relocated team members
Manage screening processes for all relocated team members
Facilitate agency to direct hire process
Greet all relocated team members and walk them through process
Facilitate all team member related issues and filter them to proper resource
Manage relationship with agency partners
Perform Engagement/retention interviews with all new relocated team members
Conduct weekly check ins with all new relocated team members
Housing Coordination
Manage successful transition of temporary residence to company ownership
Act as liaison to property management company
Ensure hotel check in and stay is managed properly
Work with property management company to facilitate lease agreements for all company owned housing
Coordinate move in of all new team members into company owned housing
Work with property management company to ensure all company owned housing is set up and livable for new and replaced tenants
Work with property management company to ensure essentials for all new company owned housing units are in place
Ensure utilities are set up at all company owned housing units
Manage all tenant related issues as needed above & beyond property management company
Manage move in/ move out process for all company housed team members (hotel & housing)
Assist new team members in temporary housing to find permanent housing options in surrounding area
Recruiting (Local/Relocation)
Source Candidates from outside 75 mile radius of facility
Manage relationship with agency partners
Manage EB3/H2B and referral pipelines
Conduct Initial phone screenings
Visit target area 4x per year (boots on the ground)
Act as fill in for local recruiting as needed
Attend career fair/hiring events
Attend community sourcing activities in Coldwater area
Administrative Duties
Track retention of all relocated team members
Keep master list of all company owned housing tenants
Track retention of company owned housing tenants
Manage off pay for all company owned housing charges
Manage off pay for all hotel charges
Manage off pay for all local transportation charges
Team CFG
Participate in all cross functional HR team meetings and activities.
Challenge status quo across organization.
Participate in community events.
Attend all cross functional meetings as needed
Qualifications
Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Some experience in Human Resources or a related role
Bilingual/Spanish required
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Approachable to all levels of team members
Good communication skills
Well organized, process focused and the ability to multi-task
Effective and creative problem solver.
Works with a high sense of urgency
Ability to remain flexible in a dynamically changing environment and still deliver on deadlines
Knowledge of I-9 US employment eligibility regulations
Knowledge of both US non-immigrant visas and employment based green card regulations- preferred
