-Responsible for complete assembly of new and rebuild machinery.-Analyzes assembly blueprints and plans machine operations.-Verifies alignments and tolerances of conforming parts using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers and dial indicators.
-Requires knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and some wiring. Including tube bending and pipe fitting.
-Able to weld, operate milling machines and lathes for repair work as needed.-Able to rig large equipment by using overhead crane systems.
-Experience in fitting precision bearing assemblies, checking and analyzing gear backlash and scraping machine surface high spots.
-Sets up, test and operates machine to verify functioning.
-We are seeking an individual with proven prior experience in all facets of machine building as it pertains to the responsibilities above.
