Job Description
Serves as a technology and instructional design expert for the development and ongoing support of WalkMe on nCino, Salesforce, and integrated systems. Provides support including user experience research, needs analysis, review, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of new or revised systems. Interacts with change liaisons, stakeholders, and other members of the training team to ensure that new content needs are addressed and current published content is evergreen. Compiles and analyzes analytics on published content and makes recommendations on how to leverage in-app guidance functionality to help achieve business line outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of experience in computer technology applications and analysis, including project management
Preferred Skills/Experience
WalkMe design and configuration experience
Four or more years of instructional design or training experience
Salesforce configuration experience
Basic knowledge of nCino configuration
Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
Experience working in an agile environment
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $87,465.00 - $102,900.00 - $113,190.00
