Responsibilities:
Leads development of marketing plans in partnership with global marketing function and go-to-market marketing functions.
Develops marketing plan with business priorities, goals, and strategic framework by business units and category.
Defines the global commercial landscape in terms of competitors, partners, and consumers.
Executes budget adjustments aligned to go-to-market changesand category priorities.
Develops RAD marketing objectives and strategies for specific segments or verticals.
Partners with global marketing teams to develop end-to-end toolkits and initiatives can be used in all go-to-markets.
Develops sales intelligence dashboard to feed account selection strategy using available insights, segment dashboard, and sales inputs/prioritization.
Knowledge & Skills:
Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools and customer insights in specific industry or customer segments.
Mastery knowledge across marketing mix and vehicles.
Recognized subject matter expert and thought leader in industry/segments and HP offerings/strategies.
Strong partner focus, including experience with partner marketing.
Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills.

Initiate/drive innovative/breakthrough cross-functional and cross-organizational strategies and tactics that generate revenue and share.
Assist with synthesizing information to create right storytelling for internal stakeholders.
