Mason Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a mason apprenticeship or previous experience in a similar role, 3 years +
- A valid driver's license to operate heavy machinery or drive company vehicles
- Physical ability to perform manual labor for most of the day
- Familiarity with commonly-used masonry terms, techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
- Lift an 80 lb. bag of mortar
- OSHA 10 certification
- Must have reliable transportation to and from various job sites/locations as they change frequently
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
