Job description

• We are seeking a team member who is willing to learn and will have a passion for helping individuals resolve all their customer service needs.
• Team Player
• This position is an integral part of our team that provides consumer customer service and provides administrative assistance to the Senior Management team. Our Customer Service staff work closely with our consumers to ensure that all our consumers’ needs are met. It is very important that all team members have excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a team environment.

 Requirements for this position

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills.
• We have full-time and part-time positions available.
• All training will be done in-house at our Cadillac Michigan location.
