Responsibilities
· Maintain detailed knowledge of total rewards plans and processes necessary to administer the plans including: benefits, compensation and 401k
· Support monthly benefits billing process
· Support effective communication of total rewards information to the organization. Explain employee total rewards by announcements and explanations; responding to requests
· Conducts research and analysis of industry trends, employee surveys and workplace best practices in order to assist in design total rewards packages that are competitive, meet employee needs, and support organizational goals
· Assist in the annual cycle of analyzing the competitiveness of PCG's compensation programs by responding to salary surveys, conducting market competitive analyses, adjusting salary ranges and geographical differential adjustments, validation of bonus targets and informing annual salary and wage operating budgets
· Working closely with accounting and finance to assist in the payment of bonus and merit by preparing, validating, and consolidating departmental/leadership specific excel workbooks used to allocate bonus and merit pools
· Prepare reports and presentations as needed regarding compensation for analyses and information requests
· Reviews cost and usage rates of existing benefit programs to assess actual and perceived value
· Researches and evaluates third-party benefits vendors; may participate in selection and implementation of providers
· Support annual open enrollment and ongoing life events
· Ensures offerings comply with all applicable laws and regulations
· Provide analytical support for overall total reward offerings

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to create recruitment strategies for a wide range of positions,
Ability to build effective relationships with HR team and managers.
Outstanding follow-up skills and ability to work independently while remaining accountable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
Proven ability to work well in a fast pace, deadline-oriented environment.
Outstanding PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking applications.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources.
Compensation
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.?As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $60,000 - $75,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role. .
