Primary Function
The Product Owner will support the implementation of Marketing Cloud and email functionality.
Duties & Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and translate them into Epics and User Stories so that the requirements can be implemented by the Tech team
Work with the LOB (line of business) key stakeholders. Marketing team members and Tech partners to ensure that the platform meets the needs of the LOB and Marketing, while reducing risks
Work with the Tech team and other Business and Marketing team members on a daily basis to implement requirements following the agile methodology
Identify opportunities to integrate with other systems to create a cohesive user friendly experience for sales teams.
Build out a roadmap for the target state and create a backlog for Phase 2 enhancements
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud
Experience with Agile
Experience with JIRA
Proven ability to effectively develop, influence, present and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and leadership
Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methods
Advanced experience analyzing business requirements, process flows and use cases to find opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements
Advanced knowledge and proven use of Process Engineering methodologies
Working knowledge of applicable banking, regulatory, compliance policies including applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in Marketing Product Management and/or Marketing Product Development
Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions
Experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury business and processes
Experience in product ownership, product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or a related field
