Job Description
Disaggregation Manufacturing Operation (DMO) is a growing organization within Intel's Technology and Manufacturing Organization. As part of DMO, Product Development Engineering engage throughout the product life cycles with Fab, Sort, Assembly, and Business Units to maximize wafer revenue and ensure a stable supply chain.
We are seeking a talented Product Development Engineer to join our team. You will have the responsibility of ensuring a stable supply chain by engaging with products in development, collaborating with Business Units to drive a manufacturable SKU stack and maximize wafer utilization. You will also be actively involved in fab engagement, providing Power/Performance guidance and monitoring fab performance.
A DMO Product Development Engineer core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Business Units to optimize SKU stack and wafer utilization.
Provide Power/Performance guidance to the fab team.
Monitor fab performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Engage with products in development to ensure manufacturability and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in electrical engineering or related fields
Coursework in statistical modeling techniques.
Coursework in Device Physics or Design related to Frequency/Leakage/Power performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience with Python, JSL (JMP), or other data science programming languages.
Semiconductor manufacturing experience with statistical modeling, yield and process knowledge, root cause analysis, Sort, Etest, and back-end data analysis.
Understanding of Fab processing with regards to performance modulators
Understanding of Intel SKU stack strategy.
Excellent data analytics skills with the ability to automate tasks using a computer programming language.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
