Centrally located in Lansing Michigan, we offer services throughout the Midwest region. Our tower division is rapidly growing, and we are looking for tower crew leads.

Responsibilities of a tower crew lead:
- Oversee construction of RF modifications & new builds
- Manage and lead service crews to maintain wireless services for major carriers
- Instruct, develop, and motivate crew
- Coordinate with the office regarding material, equipment rentals, customers, etc.
- Read, comprehend, and execute construction documents
- Communicate and submit information using word, excel, outlook, etc.
- Perform sweep/PIM/fiber tests
- Understand and implement proper safety procedures
