Full-time Customer Service Contact Agent. In your new role you will:
- Quickly and professionally answer inbound phone calls.
- Listen and respond attentively to customers' needs.
- Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations.
- Work in a group and independent setting.
- Putting customers' needs first.
This is not a remote position.
[Qualifications]
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call center experience (preferred).
- Detailed oriented, exercising active listening skills.
- Customer focused, friendly, and upbeat.
- Excellent data entering skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Desire to learn, develop and surpass expectations.
