Pay - $18-$21/HR depending on Experience
1st Shift = Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 4:00 pm (could be as late as 6:00 pm each day)
* Candidates should expect to work 50 hours on average Monday - Friday each week *
Saturday work is often scheduled and REQUIRED for this role.
Description:
Looking for someone to act as a Lead to their current Production Supervisor. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Perform daily equipment checks and minor service maintenance
• Use a front-end loader to feed raw materials into the feed system hopper
• Sets and adjusts as necessary the solid & liquid additive systems to achieve the required final product quality
• Sets and adjusts mixing equipment speeds to achieve the correct product consistency
• Ensure that product meets specifications
• Installs and re-supplies as necessary rolls of bagging film, rolls of stretch wrap, top sheet, pallets, bottom sheet, labels, and other consumables as needed
• Operates and adjusts the bagging & palletizing line according to established training and procedures
• Ensures product is bagged, sealed and palletized according to specifications
• Completes production paperwork accurately, reporting during and at the end of shift
• Keeps accurate records of production data
• Accurately track and manage inventory
• Ability to properly load pallets onto trucks
• Accepts and signs for deliveries from distributors, ensuring all items are accounted for
• Stage yard with pallets efficiently and accurately to ensure product is accounted for and yard is properly utilized

7). Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
