Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
- Inspection
- Attention to detail
- Applying tape to part for final assembly process
- Gluing rubber extrusions into correct hand of part
- Gaging parts
- Applying glue and /or epoxy to retainers
- Applying assigned inspection labels
- Packing parts into proper dunnage
- Loading totes onto assigned pallets
- Prepare parts for packaging and shipping
- Employees will be expected to work in all areas of assembly as assigned
Perform other related program duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Good team-working skills
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with customers, suppliers, supervisors, and co-workers
- Energetic and hardworking

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand, use hands, fingers and arms
- Must be able to work a minimum of a 10 hour shift five days a week and an 6 hour shift on Saturday
- Hours are subject to change depending on production
